Antique Late 19th Century Street Scene By James Vivian De Fleury Oil On Board

There is a plaque to the front that has nearly worn away that reads J De Fleury and there is a signature that is hidden that also looks to read J De Fleury please confirm artist with photos (as there is no history with this piece it is sold as attributed to the artist but if you compare to his other work it is quite easy to tell wether it is genuine).

I am not sure of the exact age but looking at wear I would think late 19th.

Condition: as photoed (some loss to the edge where an old frame has been and the frame has a large chip and some slight chips around the edges and corners etc.,)

Oil Height: 24cm approx
