The pipe has a crack through the stem leaving it as a display piece only and would not be usable. It looks to have been glued back together at the crack
The rim has a makers mark for JA and the cuff for H&J both marked Lion and Anchor and one date letter I the other n.
Length: 14cm
Condition: as photographed. Repaired general wear etc., cuff a little loose.
