Sold as white metal as there is no Hallmark.
Length: 12cm
Condition: there are dents and dings some heavy to the metal the screw thread to the screw end is loose and the button end is not working properly the button doesn't seem to do much and the top just pings open when holding it. The glass has some scratches and nibbles etc.,
