Vintage Model Sprite Electric Outboard Motor 3 To 6 Volts Boxed Keilkraft Elmic Product

I tried to get it working with a 9v battery but although it may move slightly and makes a sound it is not running view photos of inside motor. So sold as not working.

The model looks in good condition apart from as mentioned above.

The big has rubbing chipping marks and general wear please also see photos.
