Antique 19th Century Oil On Canvas Man In A Ruffle And Cap / Hat For Restoration

I am not certain of the exact age but it looks mid to late victorian but could be a earlier.

There are quite a few holes in the canvas some quite large so this will be a full and big restoration job.

Canvas width: 33cm

Canvas height: 43.5cm

Condition: as photos (there is very heavy wear and loss throughout holes throughout the canvas largest approx 4cm by 2.5cm loss to the canvas all around the edge etc.,)
