Antique Early Solid Oak Refectory Table 12ft X 3ft Column & Stretcher Plank Top

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND VIEWING on a piece of this value because although we will try to describe condition as best as we can it is very hard to write about and photo everything about this piece.

I am not certain of the age in my opinion it looks late 17th or early 18th century but experts I have shown it to have been split on wether it is an early one or a 19th century copy as of the construction so sold as seen and the buyer should view photos and the item carefully to decipher the correct age.

There is a stretcher that sits under the top missing as shown in the photos the top dips in the middle by about 4cm. There are marks and stains throughout the top I have tried to give an idea in the photos but there a lot more than photoed. There are age cracks throughout some in the columns etc being quite large. There are scratches and knocks throughout as expected with an antique piece. There is heavy wear throughout and there are some spots where woodworm has been in the past.

This is a very heavy and large piece and will need 3 people for collection and a large van / Luton.
